AC Milan next season should the Chinese consortium complete their potential takeover at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

The interested Asian party are reportedly keen on the 44-year-old given his vast experience and impressive track record with Los Rojiblancos.

As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, the potential new owners of the Rossoneri are strongly in favour of bringing the Spanish tactician to the San Siro.

Emery’s arrival however could be hindered with club president Silvio Berlusconi insisting that the Diavolo should stick with current coach Cristian Brocchi, who has yet to prove his coaching credentials, underscored in Milan’s Coppa Italia final loss to Juventus.

Emery took charge of Sevilla in in 2013 and has since guided the Spanish side to three consecutive Europa League victories, which meant that the club were the most successful team in the history of the competition.
