The Italian forward has enjoyed an impressive season for Il Grifone scoring 14 goals in 25 league appearances, whilst also creating a further three assists this season.

According to La Nazione, Genoa have demanded that any potential suitor for Pavoletti pay €25 million for the 27-year-old.

Fiorentina are thought to be pondering an offer and Milan have already tested the waters, offering €20 million plus midfielder Suso, who spent the second half of last season on loan at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

Pavoletti initially joined the Rossoblu last season on loan from Sassuolo and scored six goals in ten appearances before Genoa decided to make his move permanent over the summer.

Previously, Pavoletti has played the majority of his football in the Italian lower leagues playing for teams such as Varese, Virtus Lanciano and Casale.
