Having spent two seasons in Turin so far, Allegri has led the Bianconeri to successive Serie A titles, as well as triumph in the Coppa Italia and a Champions League final defeat against Barcelona.

As reported on Sky Sport Italia, the Old Lady appear keen to continue with the former AC Milan boss in charge, and are thought to be preparing to announce a one-year extension for the 48-year-old before the week’s end.

Allegri’s current deal at the Juventus Stadium is set to expire at the end of the 2016-17 campaign, though it is widely believed that an extension has been signed.

Juventus will close out their campaign with Serie A fixtures at Hellas Verona and at home to Sampdoria, before facing Allegri’s old club, Milan, in the Coppa Italia final on May 21.
