The 21-year-old puts an end to a two year long saga surrounding his future and will now join former Neroverdi team-mate Simone Zaza in Turin.

As reported by Italian newspaper Tuttosport, the Bianconeri will pay the Emilia-Romagna outfit €25 million which was agreed upon a year ago when Sassuolo bought out the Juve half of the player.

With both clubs sharing an excellent rapport, Sassuolo will see two players added to their ranks in the form of Pescara’s Gianluca Caprari and Gianluca Lapadula with the help of the Turin giants.

Arriving at the Mapei Stadium in 2012, Berardi went on to net a total of 49 goals in 127 Serie A appearances for the team and was crucial in Sassuolo’s qualification for the Europa League this past season.
