Lazio winger Antonio Candreva and have upped their offer for him.

Candreva’s agent had recently announced that the player would leave the Biancocelesti this summer but there has been no solid transfer action since, leading to Inter deciding more money needs to be put on the table to convince Lazio president Claudio Lotito.

According to QS-Sport, the Nerazzurri will increase their offer to €20 million, with €2m more in bonuses, and will have to persuade Lotito to let his player go, even though there is already an agreement between Inter and Candreva.

Lotito is not yet convinced by the deal as there is interest in the 29-year-old Italian from other clubs, including Napoli.

Candreva joined Lazio in 2012 from Udinese and has since scored 45 goals in 192 games overall.
