bacca santon ac milan interThe spending spree from Napoli is set to continue as they have practically completed a €5 million transfer of Inter defender Davide Santon.

The 25-year-old didn’t follow the rest of the Nerazzurri squad to the United States for their pre-season training and faces a medical for Napoli on Monday but, apart from that, he is now a Partenopei player.

Reports from Sky Sport Italia claim that both parties are now in final talks and swapping signatures, before Santon joins Napoli for around €5 million, signing a five-year contract.

It will be the third signing of the summer for president Aurelio De Laurentiis, after both Lorenzo Tonelli and Emanuele Giaccherini joined the club from Empoli and Sunderland respectively.

Santon appeared just 13 times in all competitions for Inter last season, scoring no goals and assisting just three others.
