Juventus could lose two of their players to German side Bayer Leverkusen as they look to strengthen their squad for the new season.

The German side are yet to raid the Italian Serie A for reinforcements this summer but are in need of more midfield power, and have seen two Bianconeri players as the perfect players to do the job.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the BayArena side will hope to claim the services of Hernanes and Mauricio Isla before the transfer market ends, in a deal totalling €12-13 million.

Brazilian international Hernanes would cost the Germans about €8.5 million, while 28-year-old Isla would cost a little less.

Both players would be expected to be in favour of a switch, with Isla only appearing 48 times in a Juventus shirt since joining them in 2012, and Hernanes played just 22 games in all competitions last year.
