Juventus are targeting to strengthen their midfield during the next transfer window.
The 27-year-old joined Sevilla from English side Stoke City in July 2015 after signing a four-year contract with the Spaniards, and played both games which saw Juventus face Sevilla in this year’s Champions League group stage.
According to Marca, the Bianconeri are seriously examining the possibility of activating the €30 million release clause that ties the N’Zonzi to his current club.
The Frenchman would fill the gap in Massimilano Allegri’s midfield caused by Paul Pogba’s transfer to Manchester United in August, and the subsequent failure to bring in Blaise Matuidi from Paris Saint-Germain.
N’Zonzi has scored seven goals and assisted two others in 63 games in all competitions since moving to Sevilla.
