Varese have signed Manchester City striker Luca Scapuzzi on loan for the rest of the season.
The 21-year-old is part if the Premier League side’s Elite Development Squad and has made two appearances for the first time since joining the club in 2011.
Varese are currently 10th in Serie B though they have two games in hand on their rivals.
Scapuzzi was on loan at Oldham for six months last season and made 17 appearances.
