The future of Inter Milan sensation Samuel Eto’o has been put in further doubt, following recent comments made by his agent Claudio Vigorelli.
The Cameroon international recently revealed his desire to play in the English Premier League one day, and has since attracted the interest of Manchester City.
Despite not suggesting his client is close to joining the ambitious city, Vigorelli refused to rule out a summer exit.
“At the moment, Inter and Eto’o are happy with each other. That’s the way things are unless something changes before the end of August,” the agent told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“However, there’s always a chance that Inter receive a big money offer for Samuel. I’m talking about a huge bid here. That hasn’t happened just yet.
“Inter are not looking to cash in on him and he’s not pushing for a transfer. You never know what happens in football.”
