AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has promised supporters that the club will certainly make one final world-class addition this summer, labeling the player as ‘Mister X’.
Whilst a number of players have been linked to the name, the Rossoneri are yet to make any serious inroads, with less than a fortnight remaining in the current transfer period.
Nevertheless, one of their reported targets in Bayern Munich’s Bastian Schweinsteiger has not ruled out the possibility of joining the club this summer.
“Milan are a great club,” the German international affirmed to L’Equipe.
“You should never say never, so we’ll see,” he added, in answer to whether or not he would be interested in a potential move to the San Siro.
Schweinsteiger has reportedly been valued at around €25 million.
