AC Milan produced an excellent second half comeback, coming from three goals down to win 4-3 and secure all three points away to Serie A minnows Lecce.

The Salentini went three goals ahead before the break thanks to Guillermo Giacomazzi, Massimo Oddo and Carlos Grossmuller, but a Kevin-Prince Boateng hat-trick plus a late Mario Yepes header gave the Rossoneri a memorable comeback.

Earlier in the day, tragedy struck as AC Milan fan and MotoGP rider Marco Simoncelli died in an accident at the Malaysian GP and thus as a mark of respect the Rossoneri donned black armbands, with a minutes silence before the game as well.
