The draw for the knock-out stage of the Champions League has been made, pitting Serie A’s representatives AC Milan, Napoli and Inter against Arsenal, Chelsea and Marseille respectively.
With the two teams who finished second in their group facing tough trips to London, it is the Nerazzurri who seem to have the kinder draw facing Didier Deschamps’ side.
Meanwhile, Udinese avoided the Manchester clubs in the Europa League draw, instead they will face PAOK. While Italy’s other representatives, Lazio, are pitted against the Zebrette’s group stage opponents Atletico Madrid.
If both Italian sides overcome their first hurdle, Udinese could then meet AZ or Anderlecht, while Lazio could face Braga or Besiktas in the last 16 of the competition.
