This weekend it’s time for the Roman derby again. Both Roma and Lazio are approaching the match in precarious mental conditions for various reasons. While Roma are dealing with the unrest caused by Daniele De Rossi’s mysterious exclusion from last weekend’s league match against Atalanta, Lazio recently rejected coach Edy Reja’s resignation for the second time.

Giallorossi defender Juan talked about the match in an interview with Sky Sport.

“It will certainly be a special match,” he said, “in five years in Rome I experienced some nice moments. After the first derby it was even more clear how great this clash is. They are always difficult encounters and special matches.

“I work every day to feel good, play, and perhaps win something important with Roma.”

Juan joined Roma back in 2007, scoring nine goals since then. He has won a Coppa Italia and an Italian Supercup with the Giallorossi.

The derby earlier this season finished 2-1 to the Biancocelesti thanks to a last-minute Miroslav Klose goal.
