Inter are thought to be weighing up a player plus cash deal in order to entice Napoli into selling Ezequiel Lavezzi.
The Argentinian is widely expected to depart the Stadio San Paolo this summer but president Aurelio De Laurentiis insists he will accept nothing less than €31 million – the player’s buy-out clause.
However, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri are looking to offer 20-year-old centre-back Juan on loan for a season plus the full ownership of Goran Pandev, who has been on loan at Napoli this season.
Inter though have prepared a back up, in the shape of Catania’s Alejandro Gomez, who could be available for €7 million.
