Mark van Bommel has admitted he will be leaving AC Milan in order to rejoin PSV Eindhoven.
The Netherlands international joined the Rossoneri in January 2011 initially on a six month deal, but signed a one year extension last summer and was apparently offered another extension for next season.
“I will go back to Holland and I will play for PSV,” he told the press.
Van Bommel previously played for PSV between 1999 and 2005.
