Juventus’ Antonio Conte has had his ban upheld by the FIGC but he was cleared of one of the charges against him.

The Bianconeri coach will be suspended for 10 months after failing to report known match fixing attempts.

He was acquitted of any guilt in relation to the Novara – Siena match, but his ban was upheld as he was unable to clear his name in regard to the Albinoleffe – Siena game.

It is thought he will now take his appeal to the Italian Olympic Committee’s TNAS appeal court.

Elsewhere, Angelo Alessio’s eight month ban was lessened to six month, with Simone Pepe and Leonardo Bonucci cleared of any involvement, after prosecutor Stefano Palazzi appealed their initial acquittal.

Lecce have been demoted to Serie B, while Grosseto won their appeal and will likely face a hefty points penalty, but wont be dropped down a division.
