Sydney FC’s declaration this morning that they had signed the legendary Alessandro Del Piero appears to have been premature.
Reports in Italy are now suggesting that the former Juventus striker has not agreed a firm deal as yet.
He will make a decision on his future in the next few days and may still decide against joining the Australian club.
