Chievo have now lost four games in a row, but manager Mimmo Di Carlo believes that the last loss against Inter on Wednesday night was undeserved.

Chievo were defeated 2-0, but early on they just weren’t able to impose themselves on the match.  Inter were struggling, and a there were a few chances for Chievo that didn’t go their way.

“It was an undeserved defeat,” Di Carlo said.  “Because of the game we played.”

“We create chances, then, in front of goal, we make mistakes,” said the manager of the Gialloblu.

“Instead, as it happened tonight, they [Inter] punished us on the first shot.  Now, we should not be demoralized.  We will have to recover for the next game against Palermo, starting off right where we left off this evening, and we have to try to be more determined in the penalty area.”

This Sunday Chievo travel to Palermo to try to gain a few points in the Serie A table.
