Inter new-boy Rodrigo Palacio will not be featured in their Europa League match against Rubin Kazan on Thursday.
The 30 year old picked up an injury while on international duty for Argentina.
Palacio made the switch from Genoa to the Nerazzurri in May after having played in 90 matches and scoring 35 goals in his time with Il Grifone.
Inter will also be without Stankovic, Chivu, Ricardo Alvarez, Joel Obi, Mudingayi, and Jonathan.
Inter won their way into the group stages of the Europa League by surpassing Romanian side FC Vaslui in the Playoff Round and will look to demonstrate their superiority in a tournament they consider to be a step down from their usual place in the illustrious Champions League.
