Palermo will be without attacker Abel Hernandez as the Uruguayan international has suffered from damaged cruciate knee ligaments.
Hernandez is yet to score this season for Palermo, his woes continue as he is now out of action for atleast six months.
It was reported the striker had only sprained his right knee, however scans have now proved the injury is far worse, Hernandez picked up the injury whilst on international duty.
The 22 year old will come back to Italy on Friday for an operation, Palermo fans will be hoping his time off the pitch will be a swift one as the Rosanero linger close to the relegation zone of Serie A.
