Inter are preparing to make a bid for Atalanta striker, and Argentine international German Denis in the upcoming January transfer window.
According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Nerazzurri are looking to sign another striker to act as a back-up for Diego Milito, and are considering exchanging Matias Silvestre for Denis.
Argentine international Silvestre is currently on loan at the Nerazzurri from Palermo, but has struggled to find his form so far this season.
The planned swap plus cash deal is believed to help Inter gain leverage to sign Denis, who has recorded two goals in six matches in the Serie A this year.
