Roma midfielder Michael Bradley has attracted the eye of Spanish side Valencia.  The 25-year-old American international moved to Roma in July of 2012, signing a four deal with the club.

Despite the interest, his agent does not expect Bradley to leave the club, and believes he could become a pillar of the team.

Paolo Faccini was interviewed by Calciomercato.it, and reaffirmed this belief.

“When there is interest in a client it is always a pleasure,” he said.  “But at the moment, it doesn’t seem likely that he will think about the market.

“Bradley will be one of the pillars of the future of this team, at least it is hoped.”

The agent also spoke about Bradley’s goal in his first game for Roma coming off a long injury.

“I think that this was one of Michael’s best performances, if we evaluate it in context, coming off a long injury and in a difficult moment for the squad.

“I was with him at home after the game, and he was overjoyed.  He dedicated the goal to his newborn, Luca, and his wife, Amanda.

“Bradley has much more to give, and he is convinced that he will.”

There was also discussion about the rapport between the American and manager Zdenek Zeman.

“I heard the manager saying that he was very happy with the work and determination Bradley trains with.  He gets along very well with the manager, and he believes in his methods.”

Bradley’s goal in the second-half helped Roma to a 2-0 win over Atalanta on Sunday.
