The goalkeeper, is on the verge of signing a new deal with the Bianconeri as his current contract expires in June 2013.
Buffon told La Nazione: “I’ll sign my contract soon. It is not a question of money and everything will be made official in a little while.”
“If I left Juve then I would happily go back to Parma, the side who launched me at the top level.”
The 34-year-old came through the youth ranks at Parma and made his Serie A debut at 17 in a 0-0 draw with AC Milan.
In 2001 he became the world’s most expensive goalkeeper when he joined Juve for £32m.
