Reports of interest in Juan Quintero and Sebastian Jung has been confirmed by Internazionale sporting director Piero Ausilio.

Jung is a 22 year old right back who played for the German U-21 team and is a current starter for Eintracht Frankfurt.

“Jung is a young lad and I cannot deny that we are tracking him, but that’s a long way from saying we have made decisive steps towards signing him,” Ausilio told Inter Channel.

Pescara midfielder Quintero is also being targeted by the Nerazzurri but also has attracted interest from Juventus.

“In the midfield I will only talk about Quintero, because I have already mentioned this player,” Ausilio continued.

“We did try an approach with him, but the problem with young talents who have foreign passports is you have to make choices tied to that particular moment.

“Pescara made the most of their opportunity to register him. We tried to do it and would’ve had to structure the operation with another club, but we had to let it go.

“In any case, we are still tracking Quintero and I am happy he has come to Serie A, as he has quality and is doing well.”

Whether or not these moves will materialize is yet to be seen but it is clear the Milan side will be looking to strengthen their squad.
