Fernando Llorente could be set for a move to Juventus in the January transfer window according to Goal.com.

The Serie A champions failed to secure the services of the Spanish international in the summer but are ready to try again in January, reportedly willing to pay €7m for the player who’s contract at Athletic Bilbao expires at the end of the season.

Llorente, 27, had previously stated his desire to leave at the end of the 2012/13 campaign but his reluctance to sign a new contract has left him out of favour with manager Marcelo Bielsa, who has restricted his involvement mainly to substitute appearences this term.

The potential arrival of Llorente could spell the end of Alessandro Matri or Nicklas Bendtner’s spell with the Bianconeri.  General Directer Giuseppe Marotta has reportedly scheduled meetings with the agents of both players next week to discuss their future at the club.

Fabio Quagliarella is another player that may be shown the door.  He was fined after his outburst at being substituted against AC Milan on Sunday.

Llorente has made just eight appearences in La Liga this season, seven coming on as a substitute, scoring one goal.
