With the January transfer period approaching, Atalanta have six players who are still with a contract that is set to run out at the end of the season.
Goalkeepers Andrea Consigli, Giorgio Frezzolini, and Ciro Polito would be able to open discussions with other clubs in January unless an extension is offered.
Twenty-five-year-old Consigli has gotten the nod 15 times in goal for the Bergamo side, while 33-year-old Polito has appeared in two matches, leaving 36-year-old Frezzolini without a single start in goal.
Additionally, defenders Daniele Capelli and Michele Ferri are yet to be extended, as well as midfielder Cristian Raimondi.
Twenty-six-year-old Capelli has not played in a single match, and 31-year-old Ferri has only four under his belt. Meanwhile, 31-year-old Raimondi has appeared in 13 matches, scoring one goal.
