Juventus have made an offer to Didier Drogba to land the Ivorian striker in January as the Old Lady look to make a serious run at the Champions League.
Drogba looks set to leave Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua as they appear to be unable to guarantee him his salary of €1 million a month, allowing the Bianconeri to move in.
Drogba is seen as the missing piece to Juventus’ puzzle, as the 35-year-old is seen as the ideal signing in their attempts to land the Champions League.
As a result Repubblica.it report that Juventus have offered him a contract running from January 2013 until June 2014 that would pay the striker €8 million over that time.
The Ivorian is said to be holding out for a contract until 2015 before signing, with talks set to continue as Juventus look to finally land their top player.
