Christian Terlizzi has joined fellow league strugglers Siena from Pescara.
The deal will keep the veteran defender at the bottom-of-the-table until the end of the season.
Siena completed the move for the defender at the last minute just in time for the 18:00 GMT deadline.
Siena are in desperate to tighten up their back-line after conceding 32 goals in 22 games and in the former Palermo centre-back they have an experienced defender capable of commanding the back-line.
