Both deals looked like they were set to be finalized, but it has emerged that the necessary paperwork was not filed in time.
Gianlucadimarzio.com reports that Anderson was set for €7.5 million move from Santos, but necessary international fax to close the deal did not arrive in time.
Andrea Poli on the other hand looked set to sign for Juventus on a co-ownership deal that would have seen the midfielder stay with the Blucerchiati for the rest of the season.
However once again the necessary paperwork was not deposited in time meaning that talks will have to continue in the summer.
