Lazio’s Luciano Zauri has saved former Juventus star, Zbigniew Boniek’s granddaughter from a well in Rome.
The seven-year-old fell into the well on Sunday night and was rescued by the Biancocelesti defender.
According to La Repubblica, Zauri was lowered into the four metre deep hole to rescue the girl, who was then taken to hospital.
She only suffered minor bruising and scratches.
