Pescara coach Cristiano Bergodi believes his side needs to find their fighting spirit after they fell to Lazio 2-0 on Monday night.

The Delfini went behind thanks to goals from Stefan Radu and Senad Lulic, but Bergodi was left disappointed by the lack of reaction he saw from his men after the goals.

“My future? I talked to the president outside of the dressing room but we did not talk about it,” he told Sky Sport.

“I only talked with the players and I believe the match went well. Unfortunately after Radu’s goal we we fell apart and weren’t able to bounce back. We are missing something in the final 20 metres.”

“The welcome from the Olimpico? I had a lot of great moments here and have great memories. I must thank the fans but now I must think about saving my Pescara. Safety is still possible in my opinion, the fight is till open.”

“The decline in January? We did what we could in the transfer window, but maybe we needed something more. In Florence we had some luck but the victory was deserved.”

“We must learn to react once we go behind. We have a difficult schedule as we face Udinese, Atalanta and Chievo who are difficult rivals but within our grasp. Everything is still possible.”

“Kroldrup? We are still evaluating him, we will make a decision in the week.”
