AC Milan striker Bojan Krkic is set to return to Barcelona in the summer, according to reports in Italy.
Calciomercato.it are reporting that the 22-year-old has not done enough to convince the Rossoneri to exercise their option to purchases the player from parent club Barcelona.
Bojan has fallen down the depth charts at Milan with M’Baye Niang, Stephan El Shaarawy, Mario Balotelli, and Giampaolo Pazzini all receiving considerably more playing time than the Spanish striker.
It is expected that Barcelona will recieve him with open arms as they look to rekindle the career of the former youth prodigy.
