Emerging reports in Italy suggest that AC Milan and Inter could each make a move for Pescara starlet Juan Quintero in the coming summer.
Gazzetta dello Sport claimed on Thursday that the Beneamata have serious interest in the talented playmaker, who moved to the Stadio Adriatico prior to the current campaign from Atletico Nacional.
However, the Nerazzurri could face competition from their heated city rivals, who are thought to be preparing an €8 million bid for the 20 year-old.
Quintero’s fantastic showing at the South American U-20 Championships in January, which netted him the Player of the Tournament accolade, has seen his transfer stock rise dramatically.
The Colombian tallied five goals and four assists in the competition whilst leading his country to the title.
