Lazio midfielder Roberto Baronio has criticized Genoa defender Francelino Matuzalem after his foul on Christian Brocchi in their match at the weekend.
Matuzalem, formerly of Lazio himself, sparked outrage after committing an ugly foul on his former teammate, sparking Baronio to take Twitter to vent his anger.
“Personality matters! Matuzalem you’re a sh*t” the midfielder raged. “Come from behind see your former partner crying in pain, going out on a stretcher suffering, do not even ask pardon? You’re a shit!”
There has been no statement from either club or player since.
