Roma join race for Belgian international

Reports circulating in the Italian media suggest that Roma will target Cagliari midfielder Radja Nainggolan in the summer.

Calcio News maintain that the capital club will join Napoli in the quest for the Belgian international’s services.

The Partenopei have allegedly been in the process of preparing a €12 million bid for Nainggolan throughout February as they look to bolster their midfield when the transfer window opens again.

However, the Italian website revealed Thursday that the Giallorossi will provide competition in lodging a significant offer of their own.

The 24 year-old has appeared 21 times for the Sardinian side on the campaign, including a sparkling showing a the Isolani’s 4-2 dismantling of Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.
