Should Palermo be relegated from Serie A this season, it will likely set the wheels in motion for a mass exodus of players with Atalanta circling with interest.

They are lining up three Rosanero players to take to Bergamo during the summer – namely Massimo Donati, Jasmin Kurtic and Salvatore Aronica.

TuttoAtalanta are reporting that negotiations will be opened for each player after the season ends but only if they fail to avoid the drop come May.

President Maurizio Zamparini has admitted that star names may need to leave if they go down while the agent of Kurtic has already hinted he will leave to remain in the top flight.

Aronica only joined in January from Napoli while Donati is a product of the famous Atalanta youth system who were the first club of his career.
