Chiellini a doubt for Inter clash

Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini is in doubt for Juventus’ match against Inter on March 30, according to reports in Italy.

Sky Sport are reporting that the 28-year-old is in doubt for the game with the Nerazzurri after being sent home from the Italian national team this week.

The 28-year-old picked up ankle injuries during the Bianconeri’s recent matches against Siena and Bologna, forcing him to miss the Azzurri’s matches against Brazil and Malta.

While the injuries are not thought to be serious, it is believed that Chiellini will miss the Inter match in order to be prepared for Juve’s Champions League match against Bayern Munich a few days later.
