Parma coach Roberto Donadoni admits his side struggled to put Sampdoria under pressure as the Ducali fell 1-0 to the Blucerchiati on Sunday afternoon.

Despite coming close through Jonathan Biabiany and Alessandro Rosi, the coach  knows his side have been struggling to find goals in recent games.

“To win you must score goals but we were not able to do that,” he lamented to Sky Sport.

“We created a lot up front but we weren’t able to do any damage which has been happening lately.”

“We had a lot of important chances, with Biabiany and Rosi, and also hit a post.”

“We needed to be more ruthless, because when we are lacking clarity in attack and it is influencing the effort of the squad.”
