Manchester City are being linked with a move for Roma’s Miralem Pjanic as a replacement for Samir Nasri according to reports in France.
Nasri is being linked with a return to Ligue 1, with PSG willing to part with €20 million for the former Marseille and Arsenal player.
L’Equipe are reporting that if Nasri were to leave, Roberto Mancini would look to acquire Pjanic as his replacement.
The 22-year-old has performed well since the sacking of Zdenek Zeman as Roma coach, and is viewed as a key performer in Aurelio Andreazzoli’s formation.
The French newspaper goes on to state that Manchester City would be willing to part with €25 million for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player, leaving Roma with a difficult decision given they paid €11 million for him in 2011.
