It’s all Italy this week as the Azzurri played two matches either side of the weekend.
First up were Brazil in a friendly last Thursday, then came Malta in the World Cup qualifier.
The Azzurri managed to come from two goals down to draw 2-2 with the South American side. Inspired by Mario Balotelli who scored the goal of the game to tie the match.
In Tuesday’s Group B qualifier, Cesare Prandelli’s men travelled to the tiny Mediterranean island to face a stubborn Maltese side. But it was that man Balotelli who came to the rescue once more as the Azzurri left 2-0 victors.
