AC Milan midfielder Mathieu Flamini is looking to return home to Marseille, the midfielder told L’equipe.
The Frenchman’s contract is expiring soon and he told the magazine he has had several offers, including his hometown club.
“Indeed my contract is expiring and some Premier League clubs , as well as some of the other leagues have been in contact with my agent.
Olympique Marseille is the team of my heart and there is the possibility that I may go back. The club has high level structure, the future promises to be magnificent and the stadium and fans can count on exceptional” the midfielder concluded.
Mathieu Flamini has played 91 times for Milan since joining in 2008, scoring 4 goals.
