Reports surfacing in Italy have linked Juventus to Fioretina’s on loan wing back, Juan Cuadrado.

The Bianconeri have recently been linked to the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Arjen Robben and Luis Suarez, but give the difficulty in acquiring these players, coach Antonio Conte is rumored to have opted for an easier target in the 24 year old Columbian.

In addition, Cuadrado is well suited to the Old Lady’s preferred formation of 3-5-2, as well as their second choice of 4-3-3.

However, for the deal to go through, Fiorentina will have to exercise their option of buying the remaining 50% of the player’s rights, which is currently owned by Udinese.

Stefan Jovetic has also been linked to the Turin giants in the past, and according to Calciomercato, Cuadrado’s transfer might serve as a prelude to a possible swoop for the Montenegrin.

The versatile Columbian has made over 30 appearances for the Viola since joining them in 2012, and has scored four times.
