Shakhtar Donetsk coach Mircea Lucescu has no intention of leaving his team, after reports suggests that the Romanian could be on his way to Italy next season.

Lucescu,67, has been linked to his former club Inter, in a surprise return that would see him replace current coach Andrea Stramaccioni.

Despite the links, former Pisa coach has committed his future to his Ukrainian side and states he is going nowhere.

“I have a contract for another two years,” he told Radio Sportiva. “If anyone wants me then they should have looked for me before.

“Saying that, no Italian club has been in touch, but there are a number of European sides who did make contact.”

Lucescu’s contract with Shakhtar was set to expire in June, but signed for a 24-month extension last month to stay.
