Daniele De Rossi’s future at Roma is in doubt after a difficult season with the Giallorossi.
The 29-year-old is a target of former teammate Vincenzo Montella, who would like to reunite De Rossi with Alberto Aquilani at Fiorentina.
Calciomercato.com revealed that the duo have spoken in the past about the Roma stars future, though Montella remained tight lipped about the conversation.
With Roma having no European football for the second consecutive season and De Rossi’s less than idyllic relationship with the Giallorossi management, the time is now for Montella to push for the Roma native.
