Fiorentina look set to sign Chievo striker Cyril Thereau, according to reports.

The Frenchmen has been heavily linked with the Florence club, and reports suggest the Viola have got there man.

Various Italian newspapers are suggesting that Fiorentina will look to move a player in the opposite direction, with Haris Seferovic reported to be the man Chievo are looking to bring to Verona.

With early reports suggesting both clubs were yet to come to an agreement, it looks as though Thereau will secure his dream move to a higher profile Serie A club.

With a price tag of €1.5m, Fiorentina may look to sign Thereau outright, while keeping Seferovic at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

Thereau has enjoyed a successful season for the Flying Donkeys, scoring eight goals from 35 Serie A games, while also nabbing two goals in Chievo’s only Coppa Italia outing this season.

Thereau helped Chievo secure their Serie A status on Tuesday night, scoring a late winner against Roma as the Flying Donkeys won 1-0.
