Queens Park Rangers forward Loic Remy could reportedly be a summer transfer target for Serie A sides including Inter and Napoli.

With the London club recently consigned to relegation from the English premier league, the 26-year-old Frenchman is understood to be available for €10 million due to a release clause contained in his contract if such an event occurred.

Indeed, this was reported by Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, who comments extensively on transfer dealings, through his official website.

“Loic Remy is an idea for multiple clubs,” he wrote on Friday.

“Remy has a profile they like and their [QPR’s] relegation triggered a release clause of €10 million that is tempting to Napoli and Inter.”

The former Marseille player moved to QPR midway through the January transfer window for an estimated €9.5m (£8m), a record fee paid out by the Londoners until their signing of Christopher Samba on the final day of the same window. He has hit the net five times in his 12 appearances since joining.
