Fiorentina have denied that Pablo Osvaldo is a summer transfer target after rumors surfaced the Viola were keen on the striker.
The Italian international was thought to be on his way back to the club after not settling in at Roma despite scoring 16 goals in 29 appearances.
Sporting director Daniele Prade stated, “Osvaldo is not an objective of ours. Anyhow, any question about the transfer market is premature right now…”
The Osvaldo speculation started after rumors had surfaced of the probable sale of striker Stevan Jovetic.
