The agent of Bayern Munich striker Mario Gomez has confirmed he is set to leave the Bundesliga club this summer
With Mario Mandzukic becoming the first choice front man for the European Champions and with Borussia Dortmund’s Robert Lewandowski likely to arrive, Gomez has become surplus to requirements in Bavaria and there is thought to be a number of teams eyeing his signature.
“He will definitely will leave Bayern, although we have not decided his future destination,” the striker’s agent Uli Ferber confirmed.

Gomez has scored 221 goals in 373 appearances at club level.
