Baldini wants reunion with Roma trio at Tottenham

With former Roma executive Franco Baldini now having joined up with Tottenham, he is looking at bringing one of his three favourite players from his old club to London too.

He would like Spurs to attempt to bring in one of Erik Lamela, Marquinhos and Miralem Pjanic to the Premier League from the Giallorossi.

This is according to reports today within the pink pages of Gazzetta dello Sport who believe that Baldini will have a large transfer budget (especially if they sell Gareth Bale) and could try and tempt Walter Sabatini into parting with one of Roma’s prize assets.

However, there is no possible way that longtime Tottenham target Pablo Osvaldo will be rejoining Baldini in the English capital due to the fact that they did not part company on the best of terms.
